When the Z TT was on the street, where was the Supra? Where was the RX-7? I'll tell you, they where being built around what Nissan had brought to the table. They where busy trying to get to the bar that Nissan had set. So Toyota gave there car more HP and traction control, while Mazda made there's lighter and better handling. Yet in that 3 year window they both had, they never beat the Z by even a second. Nissan's biggest down fall was that in all 6 years, they never came back to answer Toyota's challenge. Not hard to add Nismo 555 injectors which is a Nissan upgrade company anyway and raise the boost to 12psi standard, which should have been done to the 1994 Z instead of the other minor crap that was give to that year, such as dual air bag's, new spoiler and crap like that. This is long old news and we can't change time, but even when Toyota and Mazda did come out with there products, the 300zx was still getting Car and Driver's top ten car awards that anyone can go look up right now. Which they where then, compared to these other cars mentioned.
